Script Slam 2013

 

Following are some of the winning plays and runners up from the 2013 Script Slam at 4U in Fishguard:

'Brought to Book' by Lou Treleaven

This was the winner of the Best Script as voted for by the audience on the night - well done Lou!

'Lifetime' by Angie Farrow

Angie's play was joint Runner Up in the Best Script category and also was awarded Runner Up in the Best Performance category for Gwen Watson and Gary Crane - directed by Sarah Sherriff.

'Dogs and Cats Living Together' by Lynn-Steven Johanson

Dogs and Cats Living Together was voted the winner of the Best Performance award by the audience.  Congratulations to Siobhan Ashe who was a marvellously feline Miss Kitty, Roger Leese who was a remarkably puppy-like Lucky and to director Christine Willison.

'Auto-incorrect' by Bridget Portman

Bridget's play was joint runner up in the Best Script Award, in the excerpt here played by Nick Wears and Siobhan Ashe:

'Knight Intruder' by Dorothy Lambert

Dorothy's play won third place in both the Best Script and Best Performance categories at the 2013 Script Slam.   Cheryl Rayner, Richard James and Nick Wears were directed by Christine Willison.
